HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA, WHY AND FOR HOW LONG

To provide required products and services: we use the information provided by the user to deliver the required services such as the sale of goods produced by l”Olivella, tasting of wine and food, tours of the company.

To contact the client: in cases when the details of appointments need to be changed or when changes of any type are needed for the delivery of L’Olivella’s services. To send requested documents, quotes or catalogues. We send the users information about the services required and any possible changes about these. This contact with clients is not done for marketing purposes and cannot be cancelled;

Screening of the payment methods: we use the payment information for accounting, receipt and auditing purposes and to identify and/or prevent fraud.
Legal or administrative purposes: we use clients data to undertake statistical and marketing analysis, systems tests, clients surveys, maintenance and development or to respond to complaints. Any profiling activity will be undertaken upon the clients consent and we will make every necessary effort to ensure that all the data is accurate.
