The users data can be utilized for the following purposes:
To provide required products and services: we use the information provided by the user to deliver the required services such as the sale of goods produced by l”Olivella, tasting of wine and food, tours of the company.
To contact the client: in cases when the details of appointments need to be changed or when changes of any type are needed for the delivery of L’Olivella’s services. To send requested documents, quotes or catalogues. We send the users information about the services required and any possible changes about these. This contact with clients is not done for marketing purposes and cannot be cancelled;
Screening of the payment methods: we use the payment information for accounting, receipt and auditing purposes and to identify and/or prevent fraud.
Security, health, administrative purposes, prevention/identification of crimes: we can also share our clients data to government authorities or to specific institutions established by the law;
Customer services: we use clients data to manage our relationship with the client and to improve our services and the experience of the client using our services;
Provide tailored services: we use the clients data to provide information which we consider useful, before, during and after the communication with us and to personalize the services we offer;
Marketing: from time to time we will contact the user to provide information about promotions of our services electronically. Nevertheless, clients will be able to choose whether to continue receiving such communication indicating their preference. Any electronic communication will give the possibility to the client to opt out and stop receiving any electronic material. We will use the clients personal data only if we have a legal right to do so. The legal right will depend on the reasons why we have collected and are going to use the clients personal data. Most of the times we will use the personal data of the clients for reservations, to manage services and the sale of products.
We could also use personal data of our clients for one or more of the following reasons:
To respect the law and the fiscal rules;
The users have given their consent for the use of their personal data (for example for marketing purposes)
To protect the health of the users or of any other person (for instance, in case of medical emergencies)
Only people aged 16 or above can provide their consent. For children under this age, consent must be provided by their parents or legal guardians.
We will not keep the data for a period of time longer than what is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the data was collected. To determine the appropriate amount of time, we take into account the quantity, nature and sensitivity of the personal data collected as well as the purposes for which it has been collected and if we can reach these objectives in other ways.

Once we no longer need the users personal data, we will delete it and destroy it in a secure way. We will also assess whether and how we can reduce the amount of personal data that we use and whether we can make the personal data anonymous so that it cannot be associated to the user or identify him/her, in which case we would be able to use the data without notifying the user.
