Quality brut sparkling wine obtained using exclusively Cesanese grapes, the most important native vine of our region.

Guyot trained with a density of 4,500 vines per hectare which gives a production of approximately 80 quintals/ha

Grape harvest: Manual in small boxes, selection of the best Cesanese grapes.

Colour: The delicate powder pink color with antique pink reflections identifies its origin from Cesanese grapes

Aroma: The clear bouquet is striking on the nose and fruity, with wild strawberries, white peach and light notes of white currant.

Excellent as an aperitif, ideal with fish-based dishes, sushi, meat
carpaccio or imaginative salads.

Alcohol: 12% vol.
